James (Muzz) Murray

James has been practicing meditation techniques for over 30 years. He is a BSc. (Hons)  graduate and a qualified secondary science teacher and is also trained to deliver the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) PawsB Curriculum.   James brings a wealth of lifetime experience to his meditation teaching practice, including time spent at Rockhill Hermitage and International Meditation Centre in Sri Lanka.

He is passionate about introducing the benefits of Mindfulness based Meditation to those who are seeking peace in a frantic world, where anxiety and stress, loneliness and depression are all too commonplace.


James is supervised and mentored by MindfulnesssUK and adheres to the  Good Practice Guidelines for Teaching Mindfulness-Based Courses

He is listed as a trained practitioner with  the Professional Register Of Accredited Teachers Of Mindfulness.
