If you have mobility issues or simply cannot get out and about, or would just like to join with friends who are interested in benefiting from the peace of mind, inner calm and the decrease in anxiety that Mindfulness Meditation can bring you, why not consider hosting a tutor led course in your own home?

It’s simple, if you live roughly within the shaded area on the map below, have enough space to sit four to six people in a loose circle, and can invite three to five friends or acquaintances to join you, I will delighted to come and lead the course. Best of all, because there are no venue charges, the cost of the course can be as little as £90.00 ranging to £120.00 per person (depending on distance and concessions).  Group sizes can vary from four to six depending on the space you have available.

The evidenced based MBSR Meditation course, is completed over eight two-hour sessions, spread across eight consecutive weeks.  It is definitely not a drop-in session-based course, and you will need a good level of commitment, as in order to gain the maximum benefit from the course, you will be asked to practice guided meditations and other mindfulness tasks between weekly sessions.  This is not a quick fix process, but the benefits are well documented and proven.
